According to a report released December 2nd by the National Association of Realtors, the number o
f pending home sales rose in October, showing a positive upward movement since bottoming in June. Based on contracts signed in October, the Pending Home Sales Index showed that sales rose 10.4 percent to 89.3 from September’s pending home sales.
There was a 0.4 percent increased for residential Miami real estate in October compared to pending home sales in September, according to the Miami Association of Realtors. Pending sales for Miami condos was up 0.7 percent to 5,878 for the month which was 34 percent higher than in October 2009.
