In the first half of 2010 within sales of Miami commercial properties there were 322 Miami hotels transactions, according to Lodging Econometics, a hotel real estate tracking firm. This year’s individual transactions, portfolio transactions and merger and acquisition transfers have put Miami hotels back on track.
