Poor economy …fewer shopping centers.

Residential real estate is not the only sector suffering because of the bad economy. The commercial real estate has slowed down considerably and very few new shopping centers have been developed. One of these is the Fifth&Alton project in Miami Beach.
The other shopping center in Coral Gables is on stand-by for at least another six months.
