Miami real estate market will not experience a housing rebound until 2010, recovering not sooner than that, mostly because of declines in both population and employment growth, according to The Real Estate Forecast report released today by Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
Even if Miami-Dade County has the most overbuilt condos marketplace in Florida and the full extent trouble will probably not show buildings are completed in 2009, the economy is still doing fairly well. Besides the condos, homes and other Miami-Dade real estate sectors, Miami’s economy is in pretty good shape. The area is one of the most important trading points Latin America and most Latin economies are doing pretty well, first of all Brazil.”
